Terms of use
These terms apply when you use Naqtiin AI. By using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
What the app is for
Naqtiin AI helps secondary-school students revise: past national exam papers, worked solutions, lesson explainers, practice tests, a timetable and a reader for your own study files. It is a study aid. It does not replace your teachers, your school or the official exam bodies.
Exam papers and solutions
Papers are shown as they were set. Worked solutions and explainers are checked before they are published, but mistakes can still happen. If something looks wrong, tap Report on the paper and check with your teacher. Official results and marking are always decided by the exam boards, not by this app.
Your files
Files you open or share into the app are copied into the app's own storage on your phone so they work offline. You are responsible for the files you add and for having the right to keep and read them. The app never changes the original file; bookmarks, highlights and notes are kept beside it.
Fair use
Use the app for your own learning. Do not copy the app's papers, solutions or explainers in bulk to sell them or to publish them as your own, and do not try to break, change or misuse the app.
Reminders
The schedule reminder is a help, not a guarantee. Your phone may deliver it late or not at all - for example when notifications are turned off, the battery saver is on or the phone is switched off.
The AI assistant
The assistant is not switched on yet: for now it shows example answers. When it is switched on, these terms and the privacy notice will be updated first.
No warranty
The app is provided as it is. We work to keep it correct and available, but we cannot promise it will always be free of errors, and we are not responsible for exam results or for decisions you make based on it.
Changes
We may update these terms when the app changes. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Using the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
